At Mega Furniture TX, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most furniture items. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit one of our Texas showroom locations with your original sales receipt to begin the return process.

  Inspection and Approval

  Our quality control team will inspect the furniture for any signs of wear, damage, or use to ensure it meets our restocking eligibility requirements.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once approved, you can return the item to our warehouse or schedule a professional pickup service for a nominal transportation fee.

  Receive Your Refund

  After the item is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable delivery or restocking fees.
